Return & Refund Policy

At Luke Kidwell Books LLC, every product is created with care and attention. Because many of our items are made-to-order or digital, returns are limited. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact me using the contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. I will work with you to arrange a replacement.
Customer Errors: Please note that returns or refunds cannot be offered for issues such as ordering the wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.

All Sales Final: Due to the nature of digital downloads, returns and refunds are not available.
File Issues: If you have trouble accessing or using a file, please email me using the contact form, and I’ll be happy to assist.
