• Digital products are non-refundable. If you experience a problem with your file, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

• Sharing or reselling digital downloads is strictly prohibited.

3. Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

• POD items (such as books or merchandise) are made to order.

• Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. Please review sizes, colors, and details carefully before purchasing.

4. Payments

5. Shipping

POD items are fulfilled by third-party providers. Shipping times vary based on location and provider. Luke Kidwell Books is not responsible for delays once an order is in the carrier’s hands.
